Harpe Cottage - Holiday Rental
Harpe Cottage is a grade 2 listed property nestled within a quite private country lane. It is reputed to be the oldest dwelling in Wilmcote dating back to circa 1405. It under went an extensive renovation programme to a very high standard in 2009, retaining all of its its original character, and architectural features.
At the front of the cottage is a private off road parking space. Once through the front door you will enter the lounge, tastefully furnished with it’s heavily beamed ceiling, flagstone floor and very impressive walk-in inglenook fireplace, incorporating a cast iron wood burning stove for cosy nights in.
To one side of the lounge you have a small dining room and to the other is the inner hall, leading to the downstairs toilet and utility room
The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with quality units, a fan assisted electric oven, four burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and small breakfast bar with stools.
Finally the original Elm staircase leads you to the spacious bedroom with its wealth of exposed ceiling timbers and brickwork, built-in wardrobe, King size bed and en-suite shower room fitted with quality sanitary ware.
To the rear of the Cottage is a small Cottage garden complete with garden furniture.
The Cottage benefits from full gas central heating.
Sorry. Dogs are not accepted in Harpe Cottage (our other holiday rental, The Cider House, does allow dogs).
The property is non smoking.

A £100.00 per week booked non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance is payable six weeks prior to the rental start date. Where the first day of your rental period is less than six weeks from the start of your rental period the full amount is payable.
The tariff includes all linen, gas, water and electric.
International bank transfers and Paypal payments will incur an additional £8.00 per transaction charge.
